Conferred ‘Arbiter’ by the Malaysian Arbitration Tribunal Establishment (MATE) under International Finance,  Zahari, a former Special Branch of the CE/CI unit of the  Royal Malaysian Police has since 2007 embarked on his ambitious mission of creating a tsunami change in the economical, monetary and financial practices within the existing system. Convinced that the world, any society and in particular the business community who contributed largely to any economy and living , Zahari determinedly proved his principles and ideas through his very own formula he named“Dzarongmatic”. In encouragement of  borderless thinking, Dzarongmatic in principle features the concept of achieving your goals based on your effort and desires ; as explained by mathematically when the usual two multiplied by two ( 2 X 2) should  result in four (4)  instead Dzarongmatic sees the result as eighteen (18).  

 

Calling it the “financial thinking technology” he inspiringly designed his own formula that would provide solutions to suffering economies and people by way of  enriching monetary and economies through a mechanism he called“Alternative Financial Engineering”(AFE). Principally undertaking funding based on non-collateral, non-interest and non fixed term of repayment, AFE is a direct result of application of  his financial thinking technology in his funding mechanism. Zahari strives to adopt  the techniques and practices of the AFE into the millennium  business community worldwide.

 

Tu-E Capital which he incorporated to deliver and implement  the non-usury no-banking financing principles of the AFE has been strategized  as an international collateral provider and arranger;  boldly clarifies his vision and mission.

 

Zahari aspires to see implementation of usury free practices in future worldwide businesses and economies.
